Refund policy

1. Digital Services

PhoenixMotionAI.com provides digital products and services, including Motion Flyers, animations, and AI-generated marketing content. As all products are digital, no physical returns are applicable.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Once a project has started or been delivered, refunds are not available.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

Duplicate payment
Technical errors caused by our system
Any exception is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing correct information, including logos, content, and instructions. Delays or errors caused by incorrect submissions do not qualify for refunds.

5. Revisions

Some packages may include revisions. Additional changes outside the package scope may incur extra charges and are not eligible for refunds.

6. Service Completion

Once final files are delivered, the service is considered fully completed and approved by the client.

7. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a violation of these terms. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a dispute.
